Cancel a booking
Need to cancel? No problem.
Most Parkguru bookings are fully refundable up to your reservation start time. Here's how to cancel in under 30 seconds.
Step 1
Sign in to your Parkguru account and open My Trips.
Step 2
Tap the booking you want to cancel, then "Cancel reservation".
Step 3
Refunds post to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
