How do I cancel a booking?

Sign in, open My Trips, pick the booking and tap "Cancel". Most bookings are fully refundable until your start time.

When will I get my QR pass?

Instantly. The pass is on your confirmation page, sent to your email, and shows up in My Trips.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" — we'll email you a one-time code.

My pass won't scan at the gate

Show your booking ID and license plate to the attendant; we'll back you up. Or call 1-833-PARK-NOW.
